After 25 years of working in interior design, my world had filled itself with a plentitude of colour, extraordinary designs and style that more and more people wished for.

One day, the stack of ‘I wish I was able to get an Interior Designer’ comments tumbled around me. Consumed by their need for beautiful surroundings, a big part of me felt a moral obligation to serve more people than I was physically capable of through Interior Design.

An impromptu visit to China, with a pen, paper and an open mind on hand, confirmed that I had everything and more that I needed to accomplish my heartfelt dream: founding Figs & Feta, a range of home decor designed to bring joy and abundance in the home and lives of many.

On my journey building Figs & Feta from the ground up, I developed deep gratitude for entrepreneurs I had seen strutting their stuff, trying to showcase their passions, just like I was doing.

A heartfelt empathy filled me, and I acknowledged a new moral obligation to find a way to create opportunity and for those entrepreneurs to be seen and heard. Each talented human has a compelling story that we can be inspired by and learn from.

To fulfil that new goal, the Figs & Feta Lifestyle Magazine was founded. It brings me immense joy to bring you delightful interiors, delicious recipes, simple styling tips and the most compelling stories, all of which will ultimately inspire YOU to create the best version of YOURSELF.
